FAQ Camping Le Rompval: we answer your questions
How do I book a holiday?
1.1 On www.camping-lerompval.com
From the blue search bar, you can check availability and prices:
- Select the number of people
- Choose between “rentals” and “pitches
- Select your arrival and departure dates
To proceed with your Booking, click on the “GO” button. Booking is a 4-step process:
- Step 1: Choose your options from those on offer, then select cancellation and interruption insurance (read the conditions specific to each campsite), and read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (specific to each campsite).
- Step 2: Then enter your personal details and those of the people accompanying you. If you would like to indicate a particular preference for your stay, you can do so in the “Your comments” box.
- Step 3: A summary of your Booking is displayed. You can choose from several payment methods, which vary from campsite to campsite (credit card, bank transfer, cheque, vacation voucher).
- Step 4: If you choose secure online payment by credit card, you will then be asked to enter your bank details, and you will receive confirmation of your Booking by email.
All other methods of payment are pre-bookings with the campsite. To confirm your Booking with the campsite, please pay your deposit by the agreed method of payment.
1.2 By contacting the campsite directly
If you need any assistance or wish to submit a special request (group booking, choice of pitch subject to availability, etc.), please contact the campsite directly by email or telephone (details in the top right-hand corner of the campsite page…). The Camping equipment team will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
How do I pay for my stay?
For both the deposit and the balance, you can pay for your booking or your stay by the following methods: credit card, bank cheque, vacation voucher, postal order, cash, national or international bank transfer (which may or may not be offered by the campsite at the time of booking).
All Flower campsites accept vacation vouchers as payment for your stay (please specify when booking).
Campsites belonging to the Flower network are independent establishments. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are specific to each campsite and are available for you to read at the time of booking.
At all Campsite Flower sites, you may be asked to make a firm Booking request:
- A deposit of 25% of the total cost of your stay
- Where applicable, a handling fee, the amount of which is set by the campsite.
- Cancellation insurance (can only be taken out at the time of booking)
- The balance of the stay must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the stay. Bookings made less than 30 days before the departure date must be paid in full at the time of booking.
How do I track or modify my Booking?
3.1 Monitoring your stay
Whichever booking method you use, please make sure you read and keep your booking confirmation, which will be sent to you by the campsite via your e-mail address. If you encounter any e-mail problems, please contact the campsite for any recapitulative requests.
3.2 Changing or cancelling your stay
Please contact Le Rompval campsite if you wish to change or cancel your stay (handling charges may apply). If you have taken out cancellation insurance, cancellation procedures will be handled directly by the campsite.
How can I review my stay at a Campsite Flower?
If you have booked your stay on www.camping-lerompval.com, you will receive an email a few days after your return from vacation, asking you to fill in an online questionnaire to rate the establishment you have stayed in.
If you don’t receive this email, and would like to give your opinion, you can ask the campsite where you stayed to send you the online questionnaire by email.
